Distance Sales Agreement

Payments are taken through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. and a BDDK-licensed virtual POS. Card numbers are not stored on this site.

Individuals can top up a wallet by card and spend it at checkout. The PayTR fee is added on top of the selected amount; the wallet receives the selected amount. Company accounts have no wallet and pay by card.

Physical hardware ships to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment. A damage report is required for a damaged parcel. Tracking arrives by SMS from the carrier; this site does not show a tracking link.

There is no refund or withdrawal after an order is placed. Physical goods can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery or shipment (or the order date if that is missing) through the exchange form. The customer pays the exchange shipping. A software license cannot be exchanged after activation.
