This text explains delivery, cancellation and refunds for IT services, software, licenses, technical support and related products sold through our website and the iyzico payment infrastructure.
PikselusONE runs outsource IT, technical support, software, licensing, web development and similar service sales under these terms. If a physical product (hardware or consumables) is sold, delivery is made by cargo or in person. The final scope is defined in the order confirmation or contract.
Digital services and licenses are delivered by email or customer panel after payment confirmation. Remote support is provided in sessions scheduled after payment. On-site services are delivered by appointment in Istanbul (Atasehir / Pendik) and other agreed locations. For physical products, cargo time is generally 1–7 business days depending on stock and address.
Consumer buyers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery or contract formation, without giving a reason, if performance of the service has not started, under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. For corporate (B2B) sales, cancellation terms are stated separately in the quote or contract.
Withdrawal cannot be used for services fully performed with the consumer’s consent; after work has started on custom software or projects; for activated digital licenses and instantly delivered digital content; or for opened consumables and hygiene products. Defective goods or incomplete performance are outside these exceptions.
Send cancellation or refund requests to destek@pikselusone.com or iletisim@pikselusone.com with your order/payment details, or call 0552 110 82 19. Approved refunds are returned via iyzico to the same payment instrument (Visa / MasterCard).
After refund approval the amount is sent to your bank through iyzico. It generally appears on your card statement within 1–14 business days depending on the bank. Physical products returned by cargo must be unused, in original packaging and with the invoice. Return cargo for defective products is covered by us.
Online payments are processed with iyzico. Visa and MasterCard logos and the Pay with iyzico option are displayed on our website. Card details are not stored on PikselusONE servers; payment is processed through iyzico’s secure infrastructure.
